Our Policies

Clear expectations, every time.

We keep our policies transparent so every client knows exactly what to expect — before, during, and after their appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a $99 fee. To cancel, call (412) 500-1965 and email Skinrenue@gmail.com.

Session Packages

Clients are responsible for scheduling follow-up appointments. Unused sessions in multi-session packages are forfeited after one year. Packages are non-refundable. Sessions may be applied to different body areas at the provider's discretion.

No-Shows

Failure to appear without notice results in loss of prepaid deposit or a $99 charge. Future bookings will require an additional deposit.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in service adjustments or rescheduling. Services that cannot be shortened incur a rescheduling fee.

Child Policy

Children under 16 are strictly prohibited due to safety, insurance, and equipment concerns. Our studio is not a safe space for children — sharp objects and biohazards are present.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Cherry, and Credee financing. Prepaid packages require full payment before the first session.

Refunds

All sales on treatments, products, and services are final. Adverse effects must be reported within 72 hours. Consultation deposits are non-refundable unless deemed medically ineligible by the provider.

Consent Forms

Required before treatment. Forms must be updated annually or whenever your medical history changes.
