Cancellations

Here at Skin ReNUE, we get it. Life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.


  • Please provide at minimum a 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a $99 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations must be communicated to Skin ReNUE and your professional practitioner via both phone and email to the following: (412) 500-1965, skinrenue@gmail.com


No-Shows


  • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without sending notice to the email and phone number above, it will be considered a no-show.
  • No-shows will result in either the loss of your prepaid deposit or a $99 charge to your card on file. No-shows will require an additional deposit to rebook future appointments.


Late Arrivals


  • Please arrive on time for your appointment or consultation. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule as a courtesy to the next client.
  • For services that cannot be shortened, late arrivals will result in a rescheduling fee.


Child Policy


  • For safety and insurance purposes, children under the age of 16 are NOT permitted under any circumstances.
  • Our studio is not a safe space for children due to sharp objects, biohazards, and sensitive equipment.
  • We do not have staff available to watch children and children cannot be unsupervised as this is unsafe for all involved.
  • For the safety of your children and the comfort of other patients and your provider, this policy is strictly enforced.


Payments


  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Cherry and Credee financing.
  • Credee financing is only an acceptable form of payment after an application to Cherry financing has been submitted and the client is either
  • denied for financing through cherry, or
  • is not approved for a high enough amount to cover the treatment
  • Exceptions for the previous rule can be made by your provider at the time of service on a per-client basis at their discretion.
  • For packages or prepaid treatments, payment is required in full before the first session.
  • Gratuity is highly appreciated but always optional. Gratuity for paramedical services is not necessary. Buy your provider a coffee, or even better, send us a referral!


Refunds


  • All sales on treatments, products, and services are final. Although paramedical services are highly effective for most clients and provide fantastic results, no two bodies are the same and results CANNOT be guaranteed.
  • If you are unsatisfied with a service or experience adverse effects, please contact your provider immediately or within 72 hours so we can address your concerns and recommend a solution.
  • Retail products are not eligible for an exchange or refund.
  • Consultation or appointment deposits are not refundable except for the unique circumstance that a full consultation is performed and your paramedical practitioner deems you ineligible for the treatment due to medical reasons or other circumstances the provider deems acceptable. Choosing to not continue with a treatment that you are deemed eligible due to any reason is NEVER an acceptable circumstance for a refund on your deposit. If you do not continue forward with the treatment and you did not pay a deposit but we collected your card information, you will be charged the full consultation fee of $99.


Consent forms


  • All clients are required to complete and sign consent forms before their treatment. These forms are to ensure you are informed of the procedure, potential risks, and aftercare.
  • Consent forms must be updated annually or if your medical history changes.
